This Personal data protection policy governs how the company Green Network s.r.o., registered office at Revoluční 1082/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, ID No. 095 41 781, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court of Prague, section C, insert 346227 (hereinafter the “Company”) transfers and processes personal data by using this website.

If we requested providing of a certain information by which you could be identified while using this website, we assure you that this information shall be used only in compliance with this personal data protection policy. The Company is entitled to amend this policy by updating this website. This policy is valid commencing on 7.09.2021.

The Company process your data for the purpose of:

The duration of the processing is defined by the duration of the specific contract and then for three years as of the day of the termination of the contract.

b) if the Company has the appropriate consent, sending of commercial communications via electronic means (in particular in a form of SMS and/or emails) according to the Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain Information Society Services. The consent is given for an indefinite period.

c) creating and managing a user account; the consent of the data subject is not required for the processing of personal data for these purposes. The duration of the processing is defined by the duration of the specific contract and then for three years as of the day of the termination of the contract.

d) protecting our legitimate interests (namely to prevent fraud, to prevent breach of our terms and conditions, for the purpose of debt collection if applicable, and to protect our statutory rights). The consent of the data subject is not required for the processing of personal data for these purposes.

e) we may also use your contact information for our communication with you and to enable the exercise of your rights related to data protection.

Data are kept for the period necessary to perform the above-stated purposes or for the period necessary to ensure our compliance with the relevant legal obligation or ensure the protection of our rights.

Direct Marketing

Your data can be used for the purpose of direct marketing, i.e. sending information about offered goods and services, further offers, special offers, discounts, as well as commercial messages by electronic means (via e-mail or SMS) if you have given us your consent to the use of your data for this purpose.
